Creating a "Wrapper" around an application in Joomla

I am trying to figure out how a "Wrapper" is put around my OsTicket software or any software in Joomla.

Can you tell me how this is done. I did not do this myself a former employee did. Could this be a link of some kind in a module. I have looked and cannot find it.....?

    Sorry. I am trying to figure out how the OSTicket shows up in the window the way it does.

    it is under a Module I think called Support. there are several "support modules" (5-6) All I see in the Module Manager is a link that says "Support Ticket System" I am trying to figure out how that gets framed under the Support Menu.

    That is thing I do not understand for say a tool like Magento....How do I find or know what to link to to make the screen seem .....seemless. I have installed Magento and I now know where the wrapper was.......couldnt find the darn thing until you helped me...thank you by the way.....

    How do you know what to point to in a wrapper to make the screen for Magento come up.
