BackupExec 2010 won't notify me when Job completes/errors out

All of a sudden BE doesn't email me when a job completes or errors out. Not sure what changed. I double checked the notification settings.

Did your password change.  Probably the biggest problem I had with BE

I did double check it. I did the test notification with no test message
