What argument (not including pricing) can I give as far as Cisco enterprise switches versus SMB switches? Performance? Features? Thanks

Not as many expansion ports, not all the switches are gigabit, less memory in them, a lot of the low end stuff isn't managed, the low end of the smb market is rebranded linksys crap. The good thing is if you do buy a Cisco SMB device and it's still under warranty/coverage they will give you the full cost of it towards an upgrade of SMB or Enterprise grade gear.
