Can I use my ISA 2006 backup on a new server with new outside addresses?

I have a full backup of my ISA 2006 configuration and now we are moving to a new location and thus getting a new set of outside IP addresses.  At the same time, I'm going to install ISA 2006 on a new server.

Can I use my existing backup and if so how?

Can I just go in and manually edit the IP addresses (or do a series of find/replace)?

Can I also do a find/replace on the server name inside the xml file?

You can export and import the configuration to the new server then configure the external new IP in the external NIC but make sure to update these ips in the publish rules (listener objects).
