File is still not being uploaded, or locked? (in use)

I downloaded an ISO file into my datastore to install WIndows on my newly created VM<br />
<br />
I then went to the following path:<br />
<br />

I Click on checkbox to load from CD on reboot<br />
<br />
I select the Browse option and enter the file on the datasore<br />
<br />

But when I hit OK, I get the following error:<br />

what should I do to fix this ?

VMWare, can not select downloaded ISO File
