I have the citrix server setup and I am trying to login to the site and no matter what login I use it fails.    I assumed that it would use the domain and users assigned to the domain but none that I tried worked.    I am using explicit auth and including all domains with domain user name and UPN.     What am I doing wrong.

Go to manage server farm, once you click on the site URL in the AMC. You can then see an option to edit your XML broker server. If you have added more than one XML broker server then see if all those XML servers are online and they have their XML services running. Also try to swap or add new Citrix server name to the list and move it up and try again.

If still same problem, then answer these questions

1. Did that work fine in the past?
2. Any recent changes?
3. Check the eventlogs errors on the web interface and let us know
4. Did you change any XML port recently?

Did you add your domain users to the Remote Desktop Users group on your servers? It might be well that is the issue, if all the above mentioned by the experts are fine.

Otherwise post more info or error events that you are receiving on your servers.
