looking for a disaster recovery/backup solution to cloud

I am looking for a disaster recovery/backup solution for exchange server, DC , and VM, rather than back up tape or HD, I want to backup to the cloud and be able to turn up the virtual machine in the cloud. Please let me know what people are using out there? I am currently looking at Xenith Info Tech, Axcient, or Datto. Please let me know if someone have use this product.

I have seen a lot of advertisements for 1and1 on tech pubs. They have pretty affordable plans for both dedicated and virtual server space. Check them out at:

I will look into some of the providers you listed. I too am looking into DRP for my infrastructure.
