SBS 2011 Essentials RWA Users not Recognized but Administrators Fine

Using Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials, accessing Remote Web Access works fine for administrators but for domain users their user names are not recognized when trying to login.  The behavior is what you might expect if you had User Properties set for "Do Not Allow Remote Web Access" -- but all the users DO have the "Allow" option checked (as well as the links for shared folders, computers, and homepage links).  What am I missing?

    Accepted Solution

Actually the problem was that the users were not granted remote desktop rights on the individual PC's (at the individual PC level) in addition to having Remote Web Access rights in active directory.  Simple oversight in set-up.
