Hello Experts,

Can you suggest what to check out when scheduled reports fail in the Central Management Console, and the failed status error is: Error Message: server error. CrystalEnterprise.Smtp: SMTP_E_AUTH_REQUIRED(530)
I have already checked the DestinationJobServer, ReportJobServer and ProgramJobServer settings.  They appear correct.

Thank you, Chopp

Thank you for both links to the related info.  I sent the mail administrator all of the pertinent settings I use in Crystal for scheduling reports.  The reports still won't send.  It may indeed be something the mail administrator has overlooked.  This issue arose directly after a new SMTP server replaced the old one.  The reports were being sent without a hitch for a year at least before the new server.  Should I stop and restart all related Crystal  services and Crystal servers each time I make a change a setting in the server configuration?

    Thank you.

Probably won't help but if it doesn't take much time or impact you operation it would be worth trying
