There is no such tool or way to remove attachment from database for all user. You can user the archive feature.

I'm trying to find a way to go through our exchange server and delete all message attachments grater that a certain size. &nbsp;I know I can open the email and select remove attachment but I am hopeing there is an automated process I can do on the back end. &nbsp;<br />
