drop down menu

I have several cells that contain drop down menus with a rather long list.  This spreadsheet is being displayed on a large TV monitor.  When I select the drop down menu the list is very small and extremely hard to read.  Is there a way to make it larger?  I've tried formatting the cells in which the data validation source is but that did nothing.

    Well, my first thought would be to write VBA code to handle a font size change.  Maybe you could control font size, based on the # of entries in the list.

    But, it would depend on *how* you created your drop down list...

    If you used Data validation or the drop down from Form toolbar, you are out of luck.
    If you used the drop down from Controls toolbar there's the property Font...
