Outlook Web Access - anonymous login to web calendar

Can someone please tell us why we can't seem to use an anonymous login to an Outlook 2010 web calendar.

We have set the permissions to anonymous read access, but when we hit the link it prompts us to login.

    When you say that you "set permissions to anonymous read access", where exactly did you do this?  Was a sharing policy created in Exchange?
