How to register a vb.net 2010 Outlook AddIn

Dear experts,

I created an Outlook addin with vb.net 2010. Debugging works fine. The addin was automaticaly registered on my development pc and works fine as well. How to register the addin on a pc without installed visual studio?

I'm looking for a way to create a setup.
