I've installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Microsoft Office Outlook (On-Premise and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Service Provider Editions) on a mchine running Office 2010 32 bit. The plugin has connected fine to the CRM database, but how can I attach an e-mail from the inbox to a member in CRM?<br />

I have tested sending a new e-mail from CRM and this works fine using Outlook, where the mails are saved in the overview setting of the member, but I also need to attach older e-mails from the inbox to members. How can I do that?<br />
