I have a pivot table linked to an Access Table.

I have attached what thye table looks like.

If i refresh today, the date 16/08/2012 will fall to the right of the table, i.e. it will replace 09/08/2012. I need it to be at the very left hand side of the pivot (where 15/08/2012 is) and everytrhing else move one to the right

How can i make the pivot do this?

Right-click on any date field > Sort > More Sort Options. Choose Descending then choose the Date Field on the drop down. Click OK. That should sort your columns with the most recent date on the left.
