When attempting to connect to the following site using TMG 2010 - <br />

I get the following error -<br />

&quot;10061 No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.&quot;<br />

I have already configured TMG to allow SSL connections on TCP 444 and configured our internal firewall to allow access on this port from our proxies but keep getting the same error. I have verified access to the site off our network and it is OK.<br />
