I have no folders showing when I browse the datastore.

Allthe VMs still function fine but can not add harddrive space etc.

Where to begin??

    Accepted Solution

it could be a VMware vSphere Client issue.

but quickly login to the console, or remotely via ssh

    and type

    cd /vmfs/volumes

    ls -al

and check if you have folders

what happens, "when you try to add hard drive space" - and what do you mean by this, what function?
