Why my QuickVPN' CONNECT button is gray out ?

Usually the QuickVPN installed in my Windows XP PC works well, but suddenly the button "CONNECT" is gray out after i started QuickVPN. so i can not press the button to connect that router. Anyone has a idea about it ? Thank you

    Accepted Solution

    Might be a hung process.  Either reboot your computer or open the Task Manager, find the process and End Task on it.
