Outlook 2008 (MAC) - Email Size Limit

We are having an odd issue.  We have one use that uses Outlook 2008, the Mac version of the office suite.  When she tries to send an email that is over 6Mb it is blocked saying that she has reached her limit.  I can send her 10+Mb files with no issue.  I went on to Outlook Web Access with a test account and gave it a limit of 2Mb for sending, I tried to send a 5Mb file and it was blocked, that showed me that OWA followes the size limits and if the user had a limit it would be blocked as well.  I signed in as the user to OWA and sent a 10Mb file and it went through just fine.

There has to be some setting in 2008 outlook that has a limit that i can't find.  Any help would be nice.

Is it talkinga bout the size of the email or the size of her mailbox.  Many times if you get close to your mailbox size it will through up a message.

Can you copy a screenshot of the message?
