I'm creating a form in Outlook 2010 and added a CHECKBOX CONTROL but the check mark does not stay when form is received.

Are you storing the checkbox's value in a property?  Controls do not store information, they only display it.  Anything you enter into a control has to be stored in a property, either an existing one or a user-defined one.

    Hi BlueDevilFan,

You are correct again, I created new Value with Type: Yes/No and format: On/Off and left the Property to use: value, this works.

Thanks again... I have two more questions left but I will create separate questions for these, hope you will stay with me until I finish this project... sorry for lots of question, I'm not a programmer nor a Outlook expert... this is my first time doing this without any training.

    Thanks you so much.
