How exactly does Hyper-V work in Windows 8 Professional?

Is it pretty much the same as how it works in Server 208 R2?

Or are there limitations or differences?

remember that Windows 8 Professional, is a cut down version of Windows 8 Server, eg Windows Server 2012.

Similar to the Windows 4.0 Workstation and Windows 4.0 Server, and Im sure in the future, somone will enable Windows 8.0 with tweaks to turn into Windows 2012 Server, as was done with NT 4.0!
