Symantec encounter error while backing up Sharepoint 2010 Server Farm
Backup Server running Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 and Windows 2008
Web Server running Sharepoint 2010 & SQL server , Both on Windows 2008
Symantec was about to backup OS & SQL using the account Administrator which is a domain admin .
Symantec was also able to backup Sharepoint 2010 Server Farm using this same account after giving the account sharepoint admin and sharepoint SQL database owner.Encounter a very strange issue when backing up the Sharepoint Server Farm.
I was able to backup the server farm if I just add the server farm and run the job but after i schedule the job to run again few hours later. The error was
Final error : 0xe0009b61 - The logon account that was provided does not have valid credentials. Ensure that the username and password are correct, and then try again.

After the job failed. I logged in to check the configuration & try to browse the Sharepoint Server Farm. Error encounter was "None of the Web servers for the specified farm could be access"
I have search symantec website but can't find anything however this same account can backup the SQL and OS of the WEB & SQL server.
