Hi,

Here is a blog about your issue.

But you can download the hotfix over here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939820

Don't pay attention to the header. Your problem is related with RDP connection issues. If you read the blog, you will understand. If you apply the hotfix, your problems will be over.

This error is in the Events log - not just remote desktop. Are you sure this is the hotfix I need?

XaelianCommented:
Yes,

I've read to blogs, that gave this link that resolved there problems. There are also a few other possibilities. But lets first start with using this hotfix.

Then we can go deeper into it.

Can you also paste a full errorlog?

Also check the free space of the Exchange database. This could cause a problem too. If it doesn't have a lot of free space

So now I have various errors:

At '8/17/2012 4:29:00 AM', the copy of database 'Mailbox Database 0920046280' on this server encountered an error during the mount operation. For more information, consult the Event log on the server for "ExchangeStoreDb" or "MSExchangeRepl" events. The mount operation will be tried again automatically.

It could be issue with Exchange server hard drive , so i would suggest you please check the Exchange database disk status.

Starquest321Author Commented:
How to do that?

XaelianCommented:
You just need to check available Disk space on your computer where your exchange database is stored.

The last error is discribed over here.

This error (-1018) is caused by hardware corrupting the Information Store.

You will be required to run ESEUTIL to attempt recovery of this database.

I over 200 GIGS on the drive left!

What about running eseutil to now try to mount the database? Maybe a repair/recovery? My exchange install is on C and the daabase sits on D. . .
What would be the syntax?

Can you try to mount it with eseutil. And post the error he will throw?

can you verify the integrity of the database with? ESEUTIL /G

Also take a look at this EE questions. Maybe the answer that's provided here can solve your problem. The problem you're facing is a really big one unfortunatly.
