Access - validation values for table field

I have an Access table with a field "Urgency".
I want one of three values to be valid for this: "high","med", "low"
How do I assign this in design view of the table?
I tried putting "high, med, low" in validation rule but that didn't work

    Accepted Solution

For lists of discrete values like this, I often use a lookup table to drive drop-down list options on my forms, and simply disallow nulls in the table's design.
