Virtual Exchange using Hyper V

I did a P2V on an Exchange 2007 server with a 03 OS.  When I start it up, I can't log in as long as the nic is active. (The original exchange is shut down so there isn't any ip or name errors)  So I disconnect the nic log in using network admin passwords and reconnect the nic.  The errors showing up in the event logs.  Event id 2104, 2114, 1121, 2122.  Any ideas on how to get the active directory and the domain to accept this virtual?

Does the MAC address on the virtual NIC match the MAC address on the physical server?

Mac's are different.
I would suggest matching it. The ARP tables on your network probably remember the old MAC address and is trying to contact it that way. That's the tricky part about doing a P2V, you have to try your best to match the MAC address. Sometimes it does it for you, other times, not.

Ok, found this, because this is an exchange server i can't just put into a workgroup and rejoin the network because of the certification authority service.

Any other ideas, going to try this weekend.
