Import ISA 2006 Rules into Excel

I need to export my ISA 2006 rules in to Excel.  The export feature in ISA, exports to an XML file.

Does any one know of a tool available to view the ISA rules in Excel ?

You might want to look at Report Viewing & Publishing: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/isa/2004/help/FW_C_LogView.mspx?mfr=true
"The report can be viewed only on the computer running ISA Server Management. On any other computer, the report shows either empty data, or a page with empty frames and a message that the "Page cannot be displayed."
