Conditional Average in Crystal Reports

I have a column that i would like to Find the average for, but i only want it to use the records that have a certain field value. I tried using the Running total, but having trouble with the evaluate formula. I only want it to give me the average of Field B for any record with Field A = 1

Field A  Field B
0           3
1           3
0           Blank
1            1
1            2
