I have a table with two td,
<table> <tr><td> </td>
                      <td> </td>

They are big td containers. The content on my left moves up and down depending on the size content of the right conteniner.
Is there any setting I can set the left one to be top left and not moving???

    You can control the vertical position of the content inside a <td> tag with valign.

    <td valign="top">content</td>

    or using css

    td { vertical-align: top;}
