vmware vsphere client logs in and goes minimized

Dear Experts:

Iam having Esxi5.0 hypervisor with vcenter appliance  (suse linux) from the windows7 pro by using  vsphere client was able to login to Vcenter  and also on to ESXi host. but now iam having problem after entering the toot credentials for vcenter login and click to login vsphere client login happens but immediately  vpshere client goes missed from the screen and can be seen minimized when click on the minimized icon still it des not open. please suggest to fix this.

    I can confirm this happens to me ALL the time using Windows 7!
