How to access values of a list of lists?

I have a list of lists of the type List<<List<PathInfo>>.How do I get the values of each list within this linked list separately?

I mean I want the elements of each separately.

    *I haven't programmed in Java in years, but based on examples from the web, try:
    for (List<PathInfo> PathInfoList : ListOfLists) {
        for (PathInfo PI : PathInfoList) {
            ... do something with "PI" ...
