How to extend disks capacity in IBM x346 sever with RAID 5?

I have an Windows 2003 installed on IBM x346 sever with RAID 5.

The raid 5 is built with 4 disk of 100 GB.

How can I change the disks capacity? I plan to replace those disks for 4 disks of 300 GB.

Do I need to make an image of the server, replace disks and recreate the raid then restore the image?

Is there a way to just replace the disk without doing all of these steps?
