How to change (set) the title of my ASMX page

When viewing the following  ASMX file, there is a blue bar across the top that shows "CoolData". I remember (and forgot) that I was able to change the title of my ASMX page ... in the web.config file (I think).

myASMX.asmx

<ToolboxItem(False)> _
Public Class CoolData
    Inherits System.Web.Services.WebService

--> What are the settings in the web.config file that handles this ?

Thanks.
