    Do you see any
    Event ID:      9842

Try stopping the indexing service and delete the index catalog for that store and restart the indexing service, let it crawl to completion and then see if that fixes it.

Is there any AV what if you stop restart the server and check ?

I found the technet blog pasted below

    Steps Taken:
    1. Stopped the Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer Service
    2. Deleted the Catalog folder associated with the mailbox database
    3. Started the Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer Service

The folder was at 440MB for a 54GB mailbox database.  The folder right now is almost 700MB and growing.  I will check back in a few hours to see if the problem is resolved once it rebuilds completely.

    - Observed that Update Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 2 was missing.
