Read EXCEL Files in ASP.NET

Hello Guys,
I need a best example for Reading content column wise and row by row.

And at the time of writing the data to excel file. Check the empty cell and fill it with record.

ANY HELP APPRECIATED....

Note: 1) You cannot use interop because it is COM based, check reasons here:

Is this a better way to accomplish target. ?
If yes the How can I do this on Web Server which support Dot Net Framework and SQL server?

1) No, it is slower and more $$$ expensive than third party components like NPOI, etc. and besides your question is about reading an Excel file for consume in your application and then write back to Excel file. Right?
2) No, for this particular task, it is the best way.
