Command button help

Please can you help with the two command buttons in the attached.

Depend on which is pressed, I'd like the code to search along the columns and find the next month.

Line 2 the current month is in E2 "01/03/2012" if I click "Plus" or command button two, I would like the code to recognise and then jump to selection to AA2 "01/03/2012" and so on until the end of the range.

I would like command button 1 to do the same but in reverse.

Is this how you wanted it? This scrolls to the right or left of the heading no matter which row you're at.
