MySQL table edit via Navicat

I use Navicate to manage my MySQL tables. On one particular table I have run into the following issue.

if I edit the value the field 'employement' to abc and then press the check to accept or into another field and reload the value is changed.

However, if I set the value to abc, then go to another field 'salary' and make it 123 and return to the employment field and type def  and accept the new entry and then refresh the page or close he table and reopen it only the abc is saved.

I have tested this in a different table and it works fine.  It is just this one table giving me issues. I duplicated the table, but the issue continued.

Figured out the issue  - there were mistakenly two fields set as keys.
