Form not opening when I remain the form in Access

Hi Experts

I am trying to remain a Form in MS Access from CvG to Frm_Data
When I change the name and open the db it cannot find the newly named Frm

What  I doing wrong?

If this form opens when you first open your application, then you need to go to Tools:Options (or File tab, Options depending on the version of Access),  Current Database, Display Form, and change it there as well.
