Migrate SBS2k3 to SBS2k8: Using Fresh Install

Looking for concise suggestions on migrating a SBS2k3 system to SBS2k8 using Fresh Install matrix.  Destination Server hardware is Source Server Hardware which limits the MS: Migrate SBS2k8 from MS:SBS2k3 Whitepaper.

System is running AD, Exchange, Web server, user profiles, and SQL Database. Data of course would be backed up to external drive for restore into the 2k8 system.

Thank you for your insight.

Seems to be a fair option to perform the task.  Does anyone have any experience with them and the product?  Look for general feedback on use to perform the migration.
Though I have not used their products for production migrations I have attended many of their web sessions, met Jeff the owner, and referred dozens of technicians to them.  A very reputable firm.  A lot of folk here on EE have used them and highly recommend them.

How many users do you have?
If 10 or less you could do a clean install, export Outlook data to pst's, recreate user and computer accounts, import pst's and data. Sharepoint, if used is another issue.  With less than 10 users it would be as fast as a migration, if you are not very familiar with the process.
We are running with about 40-50 users.  We are running a application also on the server.

Biggest area of interest is the Exchange and AD aspect - While there are about 15-20 users who are remote and use OWA, there are the local domain work stations that are of concern for the dis/rejoin to the domain aspect.
With that many users a migration is the better option.
I am sure others will confirm swingmigration's reputation and the detailed documentation they provide.

They are really the only ones that have a solution for migrating to same hardware, and as mentioned they do so by using a temporary DC to transfer AD.

I assume you have looked at the hardware requirements and you meet the SBS 2008 requirements comfortably?
