I'm trying to access a third party web service(Not .NET) from a .net windows application. When run as ADMINISTRATOR the app runs fine. but when I run this app as DIFFERENT USER  who has full access to the application and CERTIFICATE folders, it throws this error.

Solved the problem myself, googling for sometime... The new(DIFFERENT USER) had to be added to the private key of the certificate .
