We have interorg between 2 other orgs.  I can see free busy for all users.  one of the users using 2010 out look like me cant he gets no info available. We are both using 2010 and exchange 2003. All other orgs are also 2003.    Any ideas?

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

I think we've started on a wrong note, help us understand the following points

=> Which versions of Exchange are both source and target forest using?
=> Which versions of Outlook are both source and target forest using?
=> Are we working with AD Trusts between both AD Forests?
=> Are we working with tools such as Quest / IILP for GAL Sync?

What you need is to setup Inter Org Public Folder Replication

Here is the step-by-step link to set it up.

AND here is the download link for the tool

I wouldn't much look at server side if the issue is with one user / play around the following line

=> Have the user check F/B using webmail
=> Have the user check F/B by creating a new OL profile
=> Have the user check F/B by creating new OL profile on a new / another machine
=> Move the mailbox to another server and check if that works for him/her.
=> Worst case scenario, recreate the mailbox for the user.
