Symantec Endpoint hogs disk space

I need to perform some housekeeping on my hard drive

Symantec has huge files in the folder below

They have long random names and are multiple gigabytes in size

I am thinking these have been run and incorporated into the working program and can be deleted but I wanted to check

Any feedback would be appreciated
