Symantec Endpoint hogs disk space

I need to perform some housekeeping on my hard drive

Symantec has huge files in the folder below

They have long random names and are multiple gigabytes in size

I am thinking these have been run and incorporated into the working program and can be deleted but I wanted to check

Any feedback would be appreciated

    What version of SEP are you running.  There are some older versions that had this problem which was fixed in later releases:

    SEP 11 MR2 or above, you can manage this from the console:
