event id 1530

It seems like I've seen this in the registry lots of times on several different computers

"Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards."

it's a warning and the event id is 1530 and the source is user profile service
has anybody found a good explaination for this warning?

    It could be similar to the issue in previous versions of Windows.  There is actually a fix for it in those versions:
