Bat file to runas administrator

I need to run bat file to run as administrator for users to install specific msi. How do i create bat file todo this for both x86 and x64 computers?

Both GPO's, startup scripts and the CPAU tool are known and verified options to run a script as administrator; Therefore i suggest the points are split.
