The limitation of Standard Edition of exchange is that you can only have 5 databases per server, this includes any database copies.

You will still need Windows Server Enterprise Edition.

DAG failover is automatic to its Standby partner in case any issues on the Active server.
DAG uses minimum cluster Windows as a base and works more over Exchange.

Yes DAG is supported in the Exchange 2010 Standard edition

Here is MS Recommendation for Hardware load balancers w.r.t DAG
