Moved Folders Not Appearing In Outlook

One of our users has an additional mailbox set up in Outlook, when they move or create a new folder within the inbox for some reason it doesn't appear, the only way to refresh it is to come out of Outlook and go back in again.
The user has full permissions to the mailbox, other users have the same set up and this doesn't seem to be a problem for them.
What makes it even more confusing is I can set up Outlook for the user on another machine with the additional mailbox and it works just fine.
