When logged on.
Go to Control Panal ==> Display.
On the left choose "Change screen saver".

Here you can increase the 10minutes before the screen saver pops up. Or you could just uncheck the checkbox. After 10 minutes you will get the screen saver. But when you touch your mouse or keyboard, you aren't at the logon screen.

Intresting, I had to reboot the server and I went bach to the Control Panel ==> Display and "Set screen saver Password" was not listed as an option? This may explain how I missed it previously. when I searched the Control Panel for "Set screen saver Password" it was found and worked as advertised? Again thanks for the help.
PS I have been to Germany ion two occasions and have fallen in love with your country, I have a very good friend living in Erding just out of Munich.
See U around.

Ok, I don't know why. But I gave the full solution, and I'm not getting the points?

I just checked and "Set screen saver Password" gives you the exact same screen as going to Control panel ==> Display ==> On the left choose "Change screen saver".
