Wrong Command

I have a programme called SnagIt that was recently installed on my PC.

When in Outlook i attempt to reply to an email, i press Ctrl-Shift-R and it opens that Snag It program.

How can i reverse this?!

    Open the Snagit programme and see if you can change the shortcut key in the options or tools menu.

    The setting for the hotkeys are in:

    Snagit > Tools menu > Program Preferences > Hotkeys tab
