You may want to use a separate server, because it has web services, that will clash with vCenter and Veeam, and requires an SQL database, it will be a very busy server!

Today the HP Insight Manager e-software license arrived, which I registered on the HP website and received an .lic and .reg file.<br />

ESXi 5 and HP Insight Manager

Its enterprise software hypervisor for servers, VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi), is a bare-metal hypervisor that runs directly on the server hardware and does not require an additional underlying operating system.
