Auto deduction of transaction commission via payment gateway

We're building a web & mobile app that allows buyers and sellers to do business online. We'd like the buyer to make the payment to the seller through our web site.

However, we'd like the app to automatically deduct our commission and transfer the balance to the seller instantly.

Is there a payment gateway for web & mobile that can support this auto-deduction of commission?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of any that would do this; however, it wouldn't be too difficult to implement.

What you could do is this:

Have buyers pay you directly.  Then, once you get paid, calculate the amount that you owe the sellers.  Then, pay them.  The only problem with this, is that you get hit by a transaction fee both times.  I am not sure if there is any way around that.

    Another way:

Have the buyers pay you directly.  Then, before they pay just calculate what your commission would be, create one transaction for that.  Then, calculate what is owed to the seller, create a transaction for that.  You still have two transactions with subsequent transaction fees, but it may be simpler than the first solution...
