Hi, Currently I am unable to make changes to Sprocs / Views on my database which is hosted on SQL server 2008. However I do have read / write access.
In order to gain permission to do so, what level of access should I request my DB admin ?
will "ALTER SCHEMA" suffice ?

I would request Alter and View Definition permissions (if you can't open up and view the code already).
